Description
This tahini frosting is super nutty and creamy. You can pair it with honey, chocolate and cakes to add earthy flavor to your baked goods.

Instructions
- With a stand mixer or hand-held electric whisk, beat the butter or margarine until creamy. Add the tahini and icing (confectioners') sugar.
- Beat for several minutes until fluffy. hip in the vanilla extract, espresso and salt.
- Chill - Refrigerate in an airtight container for 1 week. Bring to room temperature, then whip until creamy.
- Freeze - Freeze in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
- Defrost - Let thaw, then whip until creamy and soft.
Ingredients
- 150g (1 1/4 sticks) butter (or use 150g/2/3 cup margarine for plant-based)
- 175g (3/4 cup) tahini
- 200g (1 2/3 cups) icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder, dissolved in 1 teaspoon hot water
- pinch of salt
